Currently wiring is complexed in asphalt mixing plant field, for wiring connection is workload, the cable is prone to incorrect connection,on-site installation and commissioning is very inconvenient, and equipment maintenance in line faults occupy a high proportion. The signal lines and power lines in asphalt plant field is currently go the same trough, so the original signal wiring is susceptible high current power line interference. To reduce the workload of field wiring of asphalt station installation, commissioning and maintenance, to reduce equipment failure rates, the application of wireless network communication was the best option.

A set of asphalt plants equipment wiyh wireless network transmission as whole was being designed. Through the construction of a comprehensive wireless network coverage asphalt station to achieve the control room monitor console (PC), the controller (plc) by using of Industrial Ethernet, to achieve control of the outdoor various functional modules and controllers (plc) by wireless network communication. In the anti-jamming capabilities, wireless network communication has increasingly shown its superiority.
